Apricot jam with orange and lemon

Apricot jam turns out to be sweet and tender, but the addition of citrus can present such a dessert in a completely different way. With lemon and orange, the delicacy will receive an interesting and restrained sourness, which will make the jam truly special.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 8
Gently free the apricots from the seeds and cover with sugar. We leave in this state for a couple of hours to form juice.
step 2 out of 8
Cut the citruses into thin slices. We take out all the bones in advance, but you do not need to remove the peel. Grind the prepared fruits in a blender.
step 3 out of 8
The orange and lemon should form a gruel. If it is inconvenient to use a blender, then the fruit can simply be finely chopped and mixed.
step 4 out of 8
Combine apricots with citrus gruel. We put on a slow fire.
step 5 out of 8
Cook the fragrant contents until boiling, then keep on fire for another 5 minutes and remove. You don't need to stir often.
step 6 out of 8
The boiling process should be repeated several more times. The number of repetitions depends on the desired density of the jam.
step 7 out of 8
Jam can be prepared in jars, which are pre-sterilized.
step 8 out of 8
We also put the jam on a plate and serve with tea or pancakes. Bon Appetit!
