A very satisfying dish that makes up a full meal - pink salmon with potatoes. If this dish is cooked with sour cream filling, the fish and potatoes turn out to be tender and juicy, as well as very fragrant. Preparing such a dinner is not so difficult, the main thing is to stock up on some free time.

Take two medium-sized pink salmon or one large one. Use fresh, non-frozen fish.

Clean the fish from entrails and scales, remove fins. Cut the pink salmon into equal, medium-sized pieces.
