The kharcho soup prepared with the Polaris multicooker will appeal not only to connoisseurs of Georgian cuisine. Its deliciousness lies both in the correct set of ingredients, and in the special temperature regime of this device, the tightness of its space, thanks to which all the aromas are preserved in the soup. We take the classic products for kharcho: beef, rice, sour sauce, walnuts and spices.
