Kefir cupcakes in silicone molds in the oven

Cupcakes are very simple and quick baking, they always bake well and have a beautiful shape. They can be prepared for no reason or specially for the arrival of guests.

Prepare all the necessary ingredients, remove the kefir from the refrigerator in advance so that it warms up to room temperature. Break eggs into a bowl, add sugar and beat well with a mixer.

Add kefir and sunflower oil to the egg mass, add salt and soda, mix well with a whisk. Sift the flour in advance and add it in parts into a bowl, knead the dough to a uniform consistency.

When using for the first time, grease the silicone molds with a small amount of sunflower oil. Fill them 2/3 full of the resulting dough.

Place the molds in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake the muffins for 20-25 minutes; they should rise well and brown. Cool the finished muffins a little and sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
