Apricot fanta compote for the winter

If your household loves carbonated drinks, and you do not know how to accustom them to healthier ones, a recipe for apricot fanta compote for the winter will come to your rescue. This excellent alternative to soda simply cannot but please, the compote is very juicy and tasty.

Sort the apricots, wash, dry on a kitchen towel. Cut the washed apricots into 2 halves and remove the seeds.

Wash the lemons and oranges, cut each orange and lemon into 4 slices, remove the seeds.

Sterilize jars and lids for compote. Pour halves of apricots into each jar by 1/3 of the volume, add 1 slice of orange and lemon. Cover the jars with lids.

To prepare syrup for compote fanta, boil water in a saucepan, pour sugar into it, stir until sugar is completely dissolved. Cook for about 5 minutes. Pour hot syrup into prepared fruit jars. Roll up cans of compote. Turn the jars upside down, wrap them with a blanket and put them in a warm dark place to cool the compote. When this happens, rearrange the apricot fanta compote for the winter for storage in a basement or other dark, cool place. Enjoy!
