Here is a recipe for making unusual cutlets - from chicken hearts. To taste, such cutlets resemble something between liver and meat. Diversify your usual menu with this wonderful dish! Chicken heart cutlets will be very tasty both immediately after cooking and when cooled.

Chicken hearts must be cleaned of large vessels and films, rinsed. Next, we pass the offal through a meat grinder or grind it with a food processor.

Peel the carrots, wash and rub on a coarse grater. Add grated carrots to the resulting minced meat.

Greens should be washed and chopped. Pour it into a container with the rest of the ingredients. We mix everything.

Chop the peeled onions and garlic in a convenient way. We spread the resulting meat to the minced meat, add starch here, drive in an egg and add mayonnaise. The remaining components - salt and spices - are also added to the working container. Mix everything thoroughly.
