It doesn't take much time to prepare such a cream. The recipe is simple, and even a novice cook can handle it. It is important to take your choice of products seriously: all ingredients must be of high quality. Chocolate should not include cocoa butter substitutes. In the composition of cream cheese, we are looking for only cream - no vegetable analogues. Butter cannot be substituted for margarine or spread. Before preparing the cream, butter must be well softened. Just take it out of the refrigerator a few hours before cooking. Place the butter in a bowl, add the icing sugar and beat with a mixer at high speed. You should get a fluffy creamy mass. We do not recommend replacing the powder with sugar, since it will take longer to whip the butter so that the sugar crystals dissolve, and this is fraught with a violation of the structure of the product.

Put chocolate broken into small pieces in a separate bowl. We melt it to a liquid state. You can do this in the microwave at intervals of fifteen seconds, stirring thoroughly after each heating. You can also melt the product in a water bath. Let the melted chocolate cool slightly before adding it to the butter.

Add melted chocolate in portions to the whipped butter. Mix well both masses until smooth.
