This recipe is also great for those who follow the principles of proper nutrition.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 7
First of all, we soak the oatmeal so that they have time to soak and become soft before adding to the minced meat. We place them in a bowl and fill them with slightly warmed milk. Mix and leave at room temperature for fifteen minutes.
step 2 out of 7
You can use different parts of the chicken to make minced meatballs. Bones, cartilage and skin must be removed. Dry the prepared fillet with a paper towel and scroll through a meat grinder with a fine grid. Together with the chicken, we pass the onion peeled from the husk through a meat grinder. Put the minced meat in a bowl and add salt, black pepper, dry garlic, turmeric to it. Instead of dried garlic, you can also use two cloves fresh, peeled and pressed. Mix the minced meat well with spices.
step 3 out of 7
We additionally punch the softened oatmeal with milk with an immersion blender to achieve a uniform consistency of the mass. Add the egg to the oatmeal and mix.
step 4 out of 7
Put the oatmeal mixture with the egg to the minced meat, mix.
step 5 out of 7
The resulting minced meat has a rather liquid consistency. To thicken it, you can do the following: put the minced meat in a tight bag and tie it tightly. We beat off the minced meat in a bag, throwing it on the table surface. As a result of such actions, the chicken mass will become much more viscous and dense.
step 6 out of 7
We form cutlets from minced meat, wetting our hands with cool water.
step 7 out of 7
Heat a small amount of vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the cutlets on it at medium temperature on both sides until golden brown. Serve hot cutlets with vegetable salad.

Bon Appetit!
