Chicken puff pastry with chicken and potatoes

For baking lovers, I wholeheartedly recommend to cook chicken from puff yeast-free dough with chicken and potatoes. The baked goods are made with crispy dough and juicy filling. Prepare such a cake for a festive table, and your guests will be pleasantly surprised. Kurnik can be prepared in one large pie or in portions.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 11
Peel the onions and then chop until smooth using a blender.
step 2 out of 11
Chicken fillet, wash well, pat dry with paper towels, then chop finely.
step 3 out of 11
Combine chopped onions and chicken in a deep bowl.
step 4 out of 11
Wash the potatoes well, peel them with a peeler, and then cut into thin strips.
step 5 out of 11
Place in a bowl with chicken and onions. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
step 6 out of 11
Stir the filling thoroughly.
step 7 out of 11
Divide the finished puff pastry into 2 equal parts. Roll each part with a rolling pin into a rectangular layer about 1 centimeter thick.
step 8 out of 11
Place one portion on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Spread the prepared filling evenly on top.
step 9 out of 11
Place the second part of the dough on top of the filling. Pinch the edges of the dough well. Make some holes. Beat the chicken yolk well, and then brush the surface of the cake with the resulting mass using a silicone brush.
step 10 out of 11
Place a baking sheet with a pie in an oven preheated to 180 degrees, and bake the chicken for 45 minutes. Gently remove the hot chicken and potato chicken cooked on flaky yeast-free dough from the baking sheet and transfer to a serving dish.
step 11 out of 11
Cut the appetizing chicken into portions and serve.

Bon Appetit!
