Diet squash pancakes are a great full breakfast, especially for nutritionally conscious people. Also, such pancakes are suitable for children. How to make diet pancakes? There are two secrets: the absence of wheat flour in the recipe and the preparation of pancakes in the oven.

Peel the zucchini and remove the inner seeds. If the zucchini is young, you can skip it and just rinse it thoroughly. There is no fundamental difference in which type of zucchini to use for pancakes.

Grind the zucchini on a coarse grater, add salt and wait about 15 minutes. Next, the zucchini mass should be squeezed out of the resulting juice and transferred to a separate container. We turn on the oven for warming up, set the temperature to 190 degrees.
