For lovers of spicy food, we suggest preparing a delicious appetizer for the winter - Korean-style tomatoes with the addition of a large amount of vegetables and spices. Due to the fact that vegetables are sterilized in boiling water for a short period of time, they retain all the beneficial properties and taste of fresh vegetables. Parsley, basil and garlic add an amazing aroma to the seam, while peppers, carrots and spices diversify and complement the taste of tomatoes.

We wash the cans with baking soda and rinse thoroughly with water. We wash the tomatoes under running water and put them on a kitchen towel so that they dry from the water. Then we cut each tomato in half lengthwise and remove the stalks. If the tomatoes are large, cut them into 6 slices. Put the chopped tomatoes in the jars in the first layer.
In order for the tomatoes to be well stored for a long time, it is necessary to sterilize the jars with the workpiece in a saucepan of water for 10-15 minutes. Then tightly seal the jars with boiled lids. Turn the jars upside down, wrap them with a blanket or a terry towel and leave to cool completely at room temperature. After that, the finished workpieces can be stored in a dark, cool place.
