Salad with shrimps, squid without mayonnaise

A delicious salad with shrimp and squid can be a great addition to your dinner table. Instead of mayonnaise, a mustard and olive oil sauce is used for dressing.

Pour water into a saucepan, bring it to a boil, add bay leaf and allspice. Dip the squid into boiling water and cook for 2-3 minutes. Then take them out and cool.

Cut the squid into strips.

Wash Chinese cabbage and chop into strips.

For dressing, combine olive oil, mustard and vinegar, salt and season to taste.

In a bowl, combine Chinese cabbage, squid, shrimp and olives. Season the salad and stir. Boil quail eggs in a steep one. Place the egg wedges on top before serving.
