Charlotte is the pie with which you can safely experiment. Airy biscuit and tender fruit pulp - this description fully justifies the classic charlotte with the addition of banana. The pie is made in a hurry and requires a small amount of ingredients. Treat yourself and your family with original pastries.

Remove the eggs from the refrigerator and hammer them into a deep bowl.

Gradually add the sifted wheat flour to the rest of the ingredients. Stir as you add to avoid clumping. Already now you can take up the oven, turn it on so that it warms up to 180 degrees.

Wash the apples, then peel them, remove any unnecessary and cut into small pieces.
