We wash the beef and put it in boiling water. Cook the meat until tender (about 1-1.5 hours). A few minutes before readiness, throw a bay leaf and a few peppercorns into the water. After that, we take out the meat, and filter the broth.

We wash the greens. Cut the sorrel into strips and finely chop the spinach. Fill the herbs with boiled water and leave for half an hour.

Boil the eggs hard-boiled and cut the cooled ones into halves or several slices.
