The famous Tatar appetizer, pasties, has long been firmly entrenched in our daily diet. It is not difficult to knead a light and airy dough for pasties at home. Thanks to the addition of vodka to the dough, it becomes more elastic, and when frying, a crisp crust is formed.

Bring the water to a boil, pour it into a bowl, add salt and a glass of flour. Mix the ingredients quickly.

Sprinkle the sifted flour in portions and continue to knead the dough. When the dough is very thick, knead with your hands. Do this until it stops sticking to your hands.
