Cottage cheese casserole without eggs in a slow cooker

In a slow cooker, you get the perfect curd casserole, in which you don't even need to add eggs, so as not to thin the curd dough once again. If your child cannot have eggs, you can safely feed him such healthy homemade cakes. As a filler, you can add candied fruits, dried fruits or pieces of your favorite fruit (not juicy).

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 7
If the cottage cheese is a little watery, put it in cheesecloth and put it under a press for a while. Punch the curd in a blender to get rid of the grains and get a delicate, uniform consistency. If there is no blender, a sieve will help out: rub the cottage cheese through a sieve several times.
step 2 out of 7
Add vanillin to the curd and mix.
step 3 out of 7
Pour granulated sugar to the curd mass, mix.
step 4 out of 7
Add sifted flour mixed with quick soda to a bowl of dough, stir gently until combined.
step 5 out of 7
Pour a little fermented baked milk or kefir into a bowl with a mass, you can add more or less. You should get the consistency of fat sour cream. Punch everything with a hand blender or food processor until smooth.
step 6 out of 7
Lubricate the multicooker bowl with a piece of butter, pour the curd mass into it. It will be thin enough so that there is no need to level it. Place the appliance in the baking mode for 40 minutes.
step 7 out of 7
After the specified time has elapsed, remove the bowl with the casserole from the multicooker, carefully remove the casserole onto the dish using flexible silicone spatulas. Cut the baked goods into pieces and serve with tea.
