Sweet curd casseroles are prepared from different curds. It all depends on your own preference. Kefir curd casserole turns out to be delicate in structure, like a soufflé. Curd dessert is moderately sweet, not sugary with a vanilla aroma.

Prepare the ingredients for the curd casserole. Pour semolina into a small bowl and cover with kefir. Set aside to swell for 20 minutes.

Put cottage cheese, chicken eggs, granulated sugar, vanilla sugar and baking powder in a blender bowl. Using a blender, blend until smooth.

Add the swollen semolina to the resulting mass. You can add lemon zest if desired. Mix everything well.

Grease a baking dish well with butter. Carefully lay out the curd dough and spread evenly with a silicone spatula. Place the mold in a well preheated oven. Bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
