Curd casserole with semolina on kefir

Great casserole for breakfast or afternoon tea. Delicate curd taste goes well with the juiciness of raisins. Both adults and children will like it.

Combine semolina with kefir in a suitable bowl, stir and leave to brew for thirty minutes.

While the kefir-semolina mixture is infused, beat the eggs with sugar in a separate bowl with a whisk or mixer. Pour in the beaten eggs to the softened semolina.

Add vanilla and cottage cheese to the resulting mixture. It is recommended to rub the cottage cheese through a sieve or punch with a blender before adding - this will make the casserole more tender. Knead well with a whisk until smooth.

Pour raisins with candied fruits into the resulting dough, mix.

Prepare a baking dish: grease it well with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. If you are using a silicone mold, you do not need to lubricate it with anything.
