Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 6
We take cottage cheese and pass it through a sieve. To achieve the desired effect (the curd should be tender and uniform in structure), you can also use a blender. If you accept pieces of cottage cheese in a casserole, then mash it with an ordinary fork.
step 2 out of 6
We drive chicken eggs into a separate container and add granulated sugar and salt to taste, but salt as desired. Beat everything until fluffy foam is obtained.
step 3 out of 6
Add cottage cheese to the resulting mixture, and mix all the components until smooth.
step 4 out of 6
Further, sour cream and semolina must be added to the total mixture. Mix everything thoroughly and leave to infuse for 15 minutes. Semolina should swell during this time. Thanks to this very action and the combination of semolina and sour cream, the casserole turns out to be very tender.
step 5 out of 6
Let's go directly to baking. Grease the multicooker bowl with a little butter. Then pour the finished curd dough into it and bake in a slow cooker for 40 minutes (use the "Baking" mode). When ready, you need to take out the multicooker bowl along with the casserole and cool it.
step 6 out of 6
After that, remove the curd casserole from the bowl, transfer to a dish and cut into portions. When serving, if desired, you can season the casserole with jam.

Enjoy your meal!
