Mix the ingredients well enough with each other and transfer the resulting dough into suitable molds. In this recipe, we suggest making muffins with banana and cottage cheese. Products are obtained with a slightly moist crumb, porous, with a pronounced golden crust.

Preheat the oven to a temperature of 180 degrees. We spread the dough in silicone molds, without first greasing them. We put the future muffins in the oven on the middle level. We bake for twenty five to thirty minutes, depending on the oven. Finished muffins rise slightly and blush well. When in doubt about the readiness of the dough, stick a wooden stick into one of the muffins - no raw dough should remain on it.
