A truly royal treat - plum jam with the addition of walnuts. Have you already imagined how much use it is? But besides the fact that the delicacy is healthy, it is also very tasty, because cocoa and cinnamon are added to the jam.

Sort the plums, rinse well, cut off the legs. Cut all the fruits in half, remove the seeds and place the pulp in a deep saucepan with a thick bottom and walls.

Pour granulated sugar on the plums. Bring the plums to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring constantly. Cook after boiling for about half an hour, removing the foam and stirring occasionally.
