Put the cauldron on the fire, heat it up and pour in the required amount of vegetable oil. Cut the onions into half rings, fry them until soft in a cauldron, then add the diced beef.

When the meat is browned on all sides, add the chopped carrots and continue to fry. Add salt and pilaf seasoning to the roast.

Pour in 1.5-2 liters of water and simmer the zirvak under the lid for 30-40 minutes.

Rinse the rice in several waters and lay it out in an even layer on top of the zirvak. Dip a pod of hot peppers and whole heads of garlic into the rice. Pour in another 2-2.5 liters of hot water.

When the water boils, reduce heat, cover the cauldron with a lid and cook for 25-30 minutes. After this time, the water should completely evaporate. Make holes in the pilaf, turn off the heat and let it brew under the lid for another 20 minutes.
