Classic pork kharcho with rice in a slow cooker

The classic kharcho soup is cooked on beef or lamb, but since these types of meat are quite rare in our country, in this recipe you are invited to cook such a soup in a cartoon based on pork meat. In addition to meat, the classic recipe uses rice, walnuts, sour sauce and spices. First, the pork with tomato sauce is stewed on the "Stew" mode, then the rest of the ingredients are added and the kharcho is cooked on the same mode. Any rice is suitable for soup, but it is better to take ready-made tomato paste, it will give kharcho a brighter color.

Wash a slice of fresh or previously thawed pork and cut into small pieces.

Pour a small amount of clean water into a multi-bowl, put the pieces of pork into the bowl, put a spoonful of tomato paste (you can replace it with fresh tomatoes) and stir everything with a spatula. Then close the lid of the appliance and turn on the "Braising" program for the default time, which is 1 hour in many multicooker. During this time, the pork will become soft and juicy.

While the meat is stewing, peel and chop the onion into small pieces, chop the peeled walnuts and rinse the rice. Open the lid at the end of the program. Transfer the chopped onions to the stew.

Then add rice and chopped nuts to the multi-bowl and mix these ingredients with a spatula.

Then pour 3 servings of clean water into the bowl. Salt the soup to your liking, stir again and close the lid of the appliance. Turn on the "Extinguishing" program for the same time.

15–20 minutes before the end of this program, open the lid of the multicooker and add laurel leaves, finely chopped garlic cloves to the soup and add suneli hops. Then transfer the washed and chopped greens (onions and parsley) to the bowl. Close the lid and wait for the program to end.
