Lazy cabbage rolls in a pan in layers

Lazy cabbage rolls can be prepared for lunch or dinner as a main course. In a pan, in a saucepan, slow cooker or oven, it will turn out equally delicious.

Wash the cabbage, chop finely and simmer until soft. The cabbage will come to readiness in a saucepan along with other products.

Fry the minced meat in a frying pan, salt and season it with spices.

Peel the onion and cut into half rings. Wash carrots, peel and grate on a coarse grater. Fry the onions and carrots until half cooked.

Rinse the rice with cold water.

Pour sunflower oil into the bottom of the pan, put ½ part of the cabbage in the first layer. Then a layer of minced meat, pour rice on it.
