We wash the cucumber, dry it, cut off the ends to avoid possible bitterness. Cut the cucumber into thin strips.

We release the crab sticks from the packaging and divide them lengthwise into long fibers. It is convenient to do this simply by hand, without a knife. Put crab sticks, chopped cucumber in a salad bowl. We squeeze the seaweed from the marinade, cut into shorter pieces, for ease of use, and also send it to the salad bowl.

Put the mussels in a salad bowl with the rest of the ingredients.
