It is with great pleasure that I want to share the recipe for my favorite dough, from which I often cook chicken. The dough, cooked with kefir without yeast, turns out to be unusually airy and light.

Put the prepared dough on a clean work surface of the kitchen counter, knead well, put it in a ball, place it in a bag and put it in the refrigerator for about 25 minutes. Use the rested chilled dough as directed. The dough can be used not only for making kurnik, but also for other homemade baked goods.
