Cottage cheese casserole is a favorite childhood delicacy of many. Adding apples and raisins will add an unusual flavor to the dessert. Having prepared a casserole according to this recipe, you can surprise both family and guests. Despite the simplicity of preparation, the delicacy turns out to be aromatic and appetizing.

We place the raisins in a sieve and rinse them well with running water. Then soak in cold water for 15 minutes.

Weigh the required amount of cottage cheese and place it in a deep container. Then, using a fork, you need to grind it (you can also use a blender or sieve for this). Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

Add one chicken egg, granulated sugar, a pinch of salt and semolina to the curd. Semolina will help the dough get the right consistency. Knead everything thoroughly.
