Whole-grain flour-free bread in a bread maker

Wholegrain bread is very healthy because it contains B vitamins and also contains valuable fiber. Such a product is an excellent prevention of intestinal problems. To maximize the benefits of whole grain bread, we suggest making it with natural sourdough. All cooking details are in the recipe below.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 5
First, let's prepare a dough. To do this, put a sourdough or sour starter, 200 milliliters of warm water and 200 grams of rye flour in a bowl. Mix everything well, tighten with cling film and put in a warm place for two hours. The mass should double.
step 2 out of 5
After the dough is ready, we put it in the bowl of the bread machine. Add the rest of the ingredients: vegetable oil, whole grain rye flour, wheat, salt and granulated sugar, and milk powder.
step 3 out of 5
We put the bowl in the bread maker, close the lid and select a program lasting five to six hours. At the first stage of the program, the dough will be kneaded and proofed, followed by baking. When the dough comes up, you can sprinkle sesame seeds on the surface to add an original taste to the product.
step 4 out of 5
After the program time has elapsed, remove the form with ready-made bread from the bread maker.
step 5 out of 5
Remove the finished bread from the bowl by carefully turning it over. Place the loaf on the wire rack and let it cool completely.

Bon Appetit!
