Chop the peeled and washed onion into small pieces and fry in a hot pan and oil. Cut the smoked meat into cubes and transfer to a bowl along with the cooled onions.

Rinse the cucumber, remove the tails and grate coarsely. Boil the eggs, chop the yolks finely with a knife. Leave 1 spoonful of yolk for garnish, transfer the rest to a bowl along with the cucumber.
